Care Instructions

To keep your Poppins Stitchin’ item looking amazing, follow our Care Instructions!

  • Machine wash with like colours in a  garment bag or hand wash.

  • Wash your items with a natural, phosphate free detergent on a gentle cycle.

  • If your Order is made from PUL material, ensure to only wash this item on a cold wash.

  • Hand or lay flat to dry in a shady area;

  • If you hand wash, squeeze out water and hang to dry in a shady area

  • Never bleach or tumble dry.

As items are individually made by hand, this makes them unique and there may be minor imperfections.  Please be aware that no refunds or replacements will be issued for any minor imperfections or any change of mind purchases.

Colour / Image Disclaimer

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings and other factors.

Poppins Stitchin’ will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults.

In purchasing from Poppins Stitchin’ you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website.

Shipping

We will contact you once your Order is placed to confirm timeframes (e.g. Pre-Order Items or if there will be any shipping delay).

Once your Order has shipped, we will contact you to let you know the Tracking Number of your Order.

Return / Exchanges

  • Refunds / returns are not available for 'change of mind' purchases.

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for any minor imperfections due to the handmade nature of the items.

  • Returns must be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase.

  • Discounted, sale items, and items purchased through promotional deals are returned for store credit only.

  • We recommend you use a trackable method of postage to ensure your item is returned to us safely.

  • Your item must be returned to us in new, unused condition. All items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.

  • If this item has been worn, damaged or soiled, it is deemed unsaleable. We reserve the right to reject items in this condition. Please be careful when trying on items to avoid tears and scuffs.

  • Return postage is paid by the buyer unless item is faulty or we messed up.
